Cookie the Dog needs a home


Cookie is an older (8 years or more - est DOB 2008), Pitt Bull/Labrador mix....the shelters are filled with dogs like her, and most are never rescued or adopted.  Something about her pleading eyes and quiet smile caught our attention, and even though we know finding the right home for her will not be easy, she deserves a peaceful retirement.  She appears to be good with other dogs, and is on a weight loss program.  She was morbidly obese when we rescued her from the shelter.
